Privacy Policy

Effective June 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ignixn LLC (“Ignixn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Ignixn platform and the websites we generate and host for you (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your name, email address, password, and profile details you provide at signup.
  • Business information — your business name, services, service areas, hours, contact details, logos, photos, and other content you provide during onboarding and editing.
  • Third-party business data — information sourced on your behalf and with your authorization from services such as your Google Business Profile and Google Places (for example, business details, reviews, posts, and photos).
  • Payment information — processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited billing details and subscription status.
  • Lead data — when a visitor submits a form on a website we host for you, we collect and store that submission (such as name, contact details, and message) on your behalf and forward it to you and any integration you configure.
  • Usage and technical data — log data, device and browser information, and similar technical information generated when you use the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, generate, host, and maintain your website and the Service;
  • process payments and manage your subscription;
  • generate and update content using AI and third-party data sources;
  • communicate with you about your account, support, and Service updates;
  • monitor, secure, debug, and improve the Service; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Service Providers and Subprocessors

We share information with third-party providers who process it on our behalf to operate the Service. These currently include, among others:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and storage;
  • Cloudflare — website hosting, storage, and content delivery;
  • Vercel — application hosting;
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing;
  • OpenAI and Anthropic — AI content generation;
  • Google — business data via Google Business Profile and Places APIs;
  • EmailIt — transactional and account email delivery;
  • third-party tools you choose to connect (for example, a CRM such as GoHighLevel for lead forwarding).

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Lead Data and End Users

When visitors submit forms on a website we host for you, we act as a processor on your behalf. You are the controller of that lead data and are responsible for handling it lawfully, including providing any required notices and honoring requests from those individuals. We process lead data only to deliver it to you and to operate the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your information after a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service, such as keeping you signed in. We do not use the application dashboard to serve third-party advertising. Websites we generate for you may include analytics or functionality you configure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@ignixn.com. You may also update much of your information directly in your account settings.

9. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
